Not sure what to say?

Hey Dad,

Happy Father's Day! I miss you and think about you often. Not sure why it has taken me so long to write other than denial I suppose. Time has seemed to stop in its tracks since you passed although life has continued. You would love your granddaughter and grandson. Bethany talks about you frequently and in this way you live on in me and my family. We are all doing well and I know you would be proud. So much to say and this post could never capture it all. Love you always...

It's been almost 8 yrs, you are never forgotten. All the good times we had at Lower Fl Keys Emergency Dept. Sue Marchione

Mark, you are my hero. I think of you almost every day. Really miss you Bro.

Your brother Lou.

When I was going to start a new job I just thought of Mark no reason no news he just came to mind. well wouldn't you know it I went to put my things away in the attic the next day and there he was I had to laugh Mark was funny and I thought this was his was of reminding me not to take life too seriously. I had a cut out from a newspaper article when Mark graduated from medical school. So I just took that with me and posted it in the hospital lab where I started working.

I worked with Mark in Key West a while back and we all loved him. What a character he was. Everyone loved working with him. And funny, oh my God,, he was funny. Fun to be around, contagious good attitude, and...

Mark and I were in George Wilder’s local flora class together at Cleveland State. He was disciplined and driven then, but very generous with all he already knew about botany. And he had that amazing story! http://www.ohio.edu/news/months/june97/334.html When he told me about the loss and reattachment of his leg, I was struck most of how much he loved his wife, his daughters and how that love had kept him from having the belt loosened from his thigh. Mark spent his medical career so close...
