Stack, 54, of Park Ridge, passed away October 4, 2010; beloved father of Madeline; dear son of Helen and the late John Stack; loving brother of Diane (Grant) Smith, Cliff (Kathy) Stack and Charlene (Bob) Schmitt; fond uncle of many. Visitation Friday, 4 to 9 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Home, 820 Talcott Road (at Cumberland), Park Ridge. Family and friends will meet Saturday morning at St. Paul of the Cross Church, 320 S.
