Mark Lester STEVENS

As a colleague of Mark throughout many of his years with the MI Dept of Health & Human Services (and when it experienced other names), I was always so impressed and grateful for how Mark addressed and advocated for the needs of his staff, constituents, and board members. I also appreciated his demeanor and subtle humor as we dealt with the various issues, responsibilities and events we experienced as county directors. RIP Mark. You will be missed by all who knew you.

I worked with Mark as his AA in the Bay County State of MI DSS office. He was such a kind and caring man, a great boss, who always loved to share a good laugh.
