Not sure what to say?

I had the pleasure of working with Mark in the late 90s at Offutt. I just learned of his passing on a LinkedIn post. I remember Mark as intensely studious while being completely loyal and always full of humor. Im honored to have known him. I pray his legacy is a reminder of great men in leadership, service, and God honoring servant leadership in action. God Bless Marks family and friends.

I worked with Mark when he was a Lt stationed in Colorado Springs. Mark, your humor, your dedication to work, and your duty to America will never be forgotten. Thanks you again for your service and sacrifice.

You are not forgotten, Mark.

Running for Mark, and Darrin, as I do every year. Thank you, gentlemen.

I worked with Mark in the Pentagon and admired his dedication, sense of humor, and love of family. He took his work seriously, but not himself. I was not surprised he was "first to the fight." Condolences to his family; Mark is remembered well.

Sir, you are not forgotten.

Dear Mrs. Stratton and entire Stratton family, I work in the Pentagon and had a VTC in the conference room dedicated to Lt Col Mark Stratton. I wanted to offer my words of thanks for his selfless service and great sactrifice, and for yours as a family as well. If the USAF family can help in any way please do not hesitate to ask. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Respectfully, Col Jim Casey, HQ USAF

I knew Mark from when we worked at Tom Thumb grocery in Hurst, TX, and at Texas A&M as well. I offer my condolances to his family. He was a great guy.

My daughter visited Washington D.C. in April 2012 with her 8th grade class. She and one of her teachers went to visit Mark's grave even though the rest of the class was on the other side of the cemetery. As one of his classmates at A&M, I was deeply moved by his passing and I am thankful both to have known him and that I was able to attend the services at Arlington in 2009. I want everyone to know that my family and I remember Mark for the great man that he was, God rest his soul and God...
