Mark was born on February 24, 1959 and passed away on Friday, March 3, 2017. Mark was a resident of Hopedale, Illinois at the time of passing. Mark was a United States Army Veteran. He owned and operated Tonkin's Tree Service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to T.A.P.S. no kill animal shelter in South Pekin.
