We still miss you Mark!

I just heard about Mark passing...It is hard to believe he has left us ...I extend my heart felt sympathy to each brother Russel and Brad and a special hug to Elaine who I recall Mark speaking so highly of you Elaine, he really loved and respected you so very much. I will miss him, and his very unique style and presence. He would call me late at night and we would talk for hours, on so many differant topics. I will always remember him as he was dressed to the nigns at the memorial service...

I haven't seen Mark since we graduted from CR high in 1971. But I remember the best lunch time in the cafeteria, because of his presence..He had a wonderful sense of humor, and insight..I wish we would have stayed connected after school..But to his family, I am so sorry for your loss...

So sorry to hear about Mark's passing. He played drums with my band on occasion. He played with great dynamics and feeling. I thought he had a wonderful voice for the blues. He was passionate about his music. We talked often about music and spirituality. He was a heavy thinker. The man could talk! He was very special. When he played with us, he would take his shoes off and leave his red socks on, very cool dude. He loved to play and sing. My heart goes out to his family. He often...

I think of Mark and I just smile. What a true friend. May you all feel God's comfort through this hard time. I look forward to seeing him in Heaven.

Mark was a loving brother-in-law to me for many years.
I always enjoyed his BIG hugs and long talks.
you will be missed.

God bless family and friends in your sorrow. I read of so many friends and family that will miss Mark. I have fond memories of working together at WTRS radio many years ago, and will always treasure them. Rest dear Mark in peace.

We saw Mick Fleetwood on drums last week, he wore red tennis shoes. We commented to eachother "that's what Mark did when he played". Many fond memories of Mark coming to The Levee, Dunnellon, FL to sit in on the drums and play some awesome blues. Excellent snare drum sound. RIP my friend.
