I was always surprised at the constant joy that both, Mark and Linda shared every time they met me (and every friend). Through the good and difficult times, Mark loved and showed that love to everyone. Mark and Linda gave the best hugs ever!!!

Mark was one of the good guys from the Roy C. Start Class of 1975. We shared a love of college (all) sports and worked the Sports Beat on The Galaxy (Start's newspaper). My prayers go to Mark and all of his family. Respectfully, Tom Bedell

Coming from a big family like ours, we don't often to get to see each other, but when we get together Uncle Mark was always smiling and cracking jokes. I have fond memories of him. While going through a couple really tough times in my life, Uncle Mark always made sure to pull me aside to tell me how good of a mom I am and helped me to remember to keep the faith.
