Great guy. Rest In Peace Mark.

My condolences to the whole Wagner Family. I met Mark as a member of PA-TF 1 during Hurricane Katrina. During Hurricane Sandy is when I had a chance to really speak to Mark. He spoke about his Family and Church. I still see his smile as he spoke about both. Mark is a good man. I am honored to have known him.

My sincere condolences to Judy and the family. I met Mark through the PA TF-1 family. He was an outstanding member of the team. I will miss him greatly. Only now do I realize he was from Mifflinburg as I had spent the early years of my life growing up there. God speed Mark.

Sad to hear of Marks passing. My thoughts are with Judy and the entire extended family in this very difficult time. I know their strength and support will come from family and faith and in time what will remain will be the good memories.
