Mark Eliot Weingarten

Mark was a special person to me. He always made me laugh, & tell stories. I´m in complete shock that he is gone. We talked every week about Alabama & Auburn football all the time. He even came down to visit our camp house. He & my brother enjoyed shooting their guns across the river. I will always miss him & his humor. Rest In Peace my sweet friend. I will miss you dearly! I am so sad and sorry for your loss. First knew Mark in second grade at Huffman Elementary. He was so cute in his Cub Scout uniform! We had a lot of fun in those days, especially in seventh and eighth grade. We even went out a few times in the early 80´s. I will always remember him. Karen McCollister Lemley

Mark and I were good friends growing up playing sports ,I learned to ski going to the lake with the Weingartens. We hunted squirrels all over huffman with our pellet guns,one particular time one of Marks neighbors was scolding us for shooting the squirrels,while he was getting on to us there was a squirrel barley hanging on to a limb right over his head we thought it was going to fall on him at any time. writing this brings back lots of memories for me. I know he will be missed.

I am so very sorry - Mark has been my neighbor, my classmate and my friend as long as I can remember! So many good memories. RIP my friend
