Mark Anthony Werner

Mark Anthony Werner, age 60, of Eastpointe. Died November 1, 2016 at his home in Eastpointe. Mark was born May 18, 1956 in Detroit to Raymond & Patricia (Lancaster) Werner. He married Denise Marie Francis on June 22, 1979 in Detroit. He will be sadly missed by his wife Denise, siblings; Jerome Werner, Janice (Gerald) Roerink, Maryann (Randy) Jordan, Roxanne (Jim) Carrig, in-laws; Cheryl (Dale) Moultrie, Fredericka (Glenn) Smith, Frederick Francis, Stephanie (Greg) Clark, Danny (Sue) Francis, nieces and nephews; Sarah, Joshua, Patrick, Elise, Christopher, Brad, Aimee, Jason, Katie, Anna, great-Niece & nephew; Paige & Owen. He was pre deceased by his parents, grandparents and sister-in-law Marlene Francis. Mark loved to work on cars and did it all his life, he was a good friend to many and did anything he could do to help anyone. He also enjoyed going fishing and was an avid Lions, Tigers and Red Wings fan. Donations may go to the family. A Funeral Mass will be held 10AM instate 9:30 Friday, November 4 at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 12311 19 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights. Visitation will be Thursday from 2-9PM with a 6PM Rosary at Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home, 25800 Harper Ave, St Clair Shores. Entombment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
