Mark Wheeler

It´s hard to imagine a world without "minglewood" my Nickname for Markie Mark...But this has happened. We had been very good friends through our lives. Through elementary at the bus stops (he used to sneak down to get on our bus) and on the bus. Through high school having to dance square dance in the gym. I can´t TELL you how many secrets he kept for me. When he went off to forestry college up north. And to Florida. That Miami surfer! We always reconnected. Fremonters just can´t help...

I went to High School with Mark and we had reconnected on Facebook while he was still living in Germany, Mark loved celebrating life and I can honestly say the world would be a little happier of a place if more people danced through their days like Mark. My sincere condolences to Mark's family and to his all of our friends we grew up with together.

I always looked forward to our conversations, whether it was when I got home from work or leaving to head out somewhere. He was always a joy to talk with.

Jean, Ron, and Jill, I am so sorry to hear about Mark´s passing. My heart just breaks for you all. I have so many memories of growing up with Mark. I will say he is the reason I am petrified of snakes. Lol. He knew how I did not like them and he had one in your garage. He loved to take it out and chase me. Thank goodness no fences then and I could escape. I can picture him laughing hysterically . There are so many more happy memories with Mark and your family. If I can do anything for you...
