Not sure what to say?

Diane,
Words can not express how sorry I am for your loss. Mark was one awesome guy! Picking up a load of saw dust was never a 5 minute venture. He'd tell me stories of all the trips the two of you went on. He was so proud of the bike that he built. He had a great sense of humor and a love of life. I do remember him telling me how lucky he was to have you. I hope you are finding peace in the moments and memories that you have. He was a one of a kind. I can still hear his laugh. ...

Dear Diane
I was so sorry to hear of Mark's passing. I've known you for 25 years and never knew his last name or even met him. But through my conversations with you; I believe he was a wonderful man and was as much a "husband" to you as Steve is to me. Please forgive me for not paying my respects as I was lax in keeping tabs on Marks condition. I pray that you find peace knowing that he in a better place and is now your guardian angel.
