Marla and I meet in kindergarten at Gaston Elementary between Henderson and turnertown. We became friends on the spot.
She was so sweet. I remember spending the night at her house and her teaching me how to ride a three wheeler. I will cherish these memories. I have often thought about her through the years. I would have loved to have gotten to talk to her one last time. I know she is in a better place up in heaven. My prayers are for her family. God bless and I'll see you in heaven...
