Dear Elaine: I'm so sorry your family has lost Beanie. She was one of a kind. My only contact with Marlene since high school was through the hilarious letters i received from her during our first couple years of college. We'd write back and forth spouting all sorts of silliness, mostly about the new and sometimes psychotic people we were meeting. May you be comforted by fond memories of your exceptional sister.
