Not sure what to say?

I was thinking about Marlene yesterday. I miss her smile, her laugh, her enthusiasm for everything she did. And her intelligence! She'd already thought of everything I'd newly discovered. She was a joy to talk with, always fun to be around. I miss her energy. I met Marlene in the fall of 1980. I knew her for almost 40 years and will miss her forever. We disn't see each other often in recent years because of distance and our busy lives, but our friendship endured. Marlene is embedded in my...

Well, sister, its been a year since you went to be with the Lord. I think about you and miss you every single day. I miss your smile, your laugh, your sense of humor, and your smarts. You even loved my corny jokes! As time passes I realize more and more how no one can ever compare to you. You really were the best. Your intelligence knows no equal. In the aftermath of your passing we all scrambled to figure out how to handle your cases, and we're still trying to get a grip on...

I am so sad and so sorry. I met Marlene in college. She was fun, clever, funny a great person to be around. I saw Marlene last May and she was cheerful and upbeat as always. I am crushed to learn she's passed away. My deepest condolences to her family. She was a bright light in my life, a great friend, and a wonderful person. I was so privileged to know her. I can hardly believe such an enormous spirit is gone. It's a terrible tragedy and tremendous loss for her family and for all who knew...

Dearest family of my good friend, Marlene ....
We swam together at Windsor Athletics.
She spoke often of her children with pride and endless love.
Marlene...I never got to say goodbye.
I will miss our morning swim and your kind, encouraging words.

I'm so sorry to read of the loss of your dear wife. May you find some comfort from God at this time who promises us a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11.

Our condolences for your loss. We know this is a difficult time, and words cannot truly express how you feel, but please take comfort in what is said in Psalms 145:19. It tells us, that God hear your cries for help, and He will save you.

Please accept our heartfelt condolences for the loss of a truly extraordinary woman who brought light and laughter to everyone she met. May your joyful memories bring peace, comfort and healing to your souls. With our love and deepest sympathy as we remember our friend, Marlene.

I send prayers and heartfelt sympathy to all of Marlene's family and friends. Marlene was a friend and wonderful colleague ever since we first met at our swearing in as Deputy Attorneys General in the Division of Law on October 5, 1992. Hard wording, feisty and determined she always went the extra mile both in the office and outside. We held each other up through many trials and tribulations as Section Chiefs in the Financial Affairs Practice Group. Her leadership was by example standing...

My condolences to Marlene's family. I was opposing counsel to Marlene for several cases and I always enjoyed working with her. I was very sad to hear this news. May her memory be a blessing.
