Bee went to Homecoming in mom's old dress. She tried on several dresses which gave me a whirlwind of emotions. Bee said how special it was to go to their first high school dance in Grandma Marlene's dress. Mom would have loved Luke. Never a moment where we are not belly laughing at his genius wit. Marlene, you wee my first friend when we moved to Wellington Drive. Best fiends for such a long tome. I miss you and think of you a lot. I cannot believe you have been gone for 14 years. Fly high until we see each other again. Claudia "Rettig" Ritter

It is so hard to believe that you have been gone 12 years. Time certainly does go by quickly. I think of you all of the time and all of our fun times together growing up. We will see each other again someday, until then, fly high my friend. Love Claudia "Rettig" Ritter.

So hard to believe Marlene has been gone so long now. I think of her often and miss all the good times we shared. I will never forget!

I was shocked when this came up this morning. It is hard to believe it has been so long that Marlene has been gone. As I age I can't help but wonder what a cool "little old lady" she would be turning into. I think of her often and miss her even more.

Nine years she's been away and we still miss Marlene.
