I'd especially like to thank Lauri O'Neill (Marlene's niece), who has been a source of strength, guidance, and support over the past several weeks. Marlene was quite amazing matriarch & left a large legacy. My deepest condolences to the extensive Fraser, Leek, Simer (Picklesimer), O'Neill families, plus their numerous cousins. I know all who loved her are very very sad right now; even lost. Please know that time really does help to ease the sorrow. BUT MOST OF ALL... Be Kind to one another!!! Share and support each other through the rollercoaster of your tears & joy. Every kindness matters, you all matter. Rest in Peace, Marlene....

While I never met Marlene I know that she was a generous person. Every year that I asked for a donation of a plant basket for the Women's Shelter Benefit Show, she agreed! I have a feeling she was a great lady in other ways too. My condolences to her family.
