Thinking of you today Rick, hope you are all doing well~Pat

I was saddened to see Marlene´s notice in today´s paper. We worked together in the OR at St. John´s many years ago. We both attended New England College for our degrees, as well. Marlene was such a pleasure to work with, always smiling and kind. She was a wonderful nurse, so smart with a great sense of humor. We lost touch over the years after I left nursing but I have such fond memories of her. I recognized our cap and then her picture and that beautiful smile before I saw her name. ...

Your mom was a neighbor and a friend to many from Ben Mont Avenue to Country St. She was always smiling, and she was a very caring person. I am sure she will be missed by you and family. You have my sincere condolences Ron Perrott

Sorry to hear of Marlene's passing. Quite positive she was recruited by my Mother to monitor my two sisters and I many years ago, get us out of bed, ready for school we attended in Bennington VT.

Dear Rick, I was so shocked to hear about your Moms passing. I had no idea. We stayed in touch thru FB and I just happened to see your post on FB today. My deepest condolences to your family. She was a special person and her and I were good friends since our hockey rink days with you boys. I am so sorry I missed her services. Sending prayers to you and your family. Pat Dearborn

I'm so sorry to hear about Marlene. We always enjoyed when we'd stop to visit on our trips "home". What I remember most is her big smile and how friendly she always was to us neighborhood kids. Sending hugs to Rick and your family.
