Not sure what to say?

I'm from New Zealand and also met Marlene on a trip with Kathy, Marna and Kay. What a lovely gracious woman. I'm sorry I'm so late with this but I only found out recently of her passing and I felt very sad. I had a wonderful visit with Marlene a couple of years after we met and she and Kathy showed me round their beautiful city and surrounds and it's a trip I treasure to this day. I know she is greatly missed by her family and friends.

It's been a year since you passed and so much has changed. However, much of what you taught hasn't changed -- they live on through: * The memories of your overwhelming grace, kindness and caring for others. * The memories of gatherings where you brought so many people together to celebrate as part of our extended family * The principles of honesty, integrity and character to do the right thing -- following His word in all aspects of life. Your impact continues to live on in the hearts...

Your presence, grace and fun stories were missed this mother’s day.

Today is the day where the world received such a blessing that is you. You went on to change the lives of so many. Your compassion reached countless people. Your service to others left an unforgettable mark that lives on in the hearts and minds of so many. You are greatly missed.

My friend, Kay, and I were fortunate to travel a couple of times overseas with Kathy and Marlene. They made delightful travel companions. Marlene was so proud of her son, John, and his family. She talked about her life with such love and pride. Blessings to all. We just learned of her passing. Sorry this is so late.

Thank you for being an amazing human being and loving mother. You are greatly missed.

Your kindness, caring and loving presence for all people was a bright spot this world sorely needs. We lost something great when you passed. May the Orme family be celebrating with the choirs of archangels up in heaven.

Marlene and I shared dinner and a table one Wednesday night during lent. I found her to be a wonderful.person and was glad to call her friend. I know she is hearing well done good and faithful servant as she joins the party in heaven. We were blessed to have her in our midst.
