Aunt Marlene... you were the truest example of what God intended a wife and mother to be on this earth. You lived the life of a saint in my eyes as did my mother Phyllis who loved you as a sister (not an in-law ).There was a special bond between you both and now you´re together again along with your parents Tony and Clara and brother Walter (my Father) The heavenly gates opened as the angels carried you into their arms. Home at last . What a beautiful place it must be. There will be no...

Dear Denise and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. What a beautiful obituary, just as your Mother was beautiful and though her body is gone, her spirit lives on. Always know that "Love Leaves forever-memories on your hearts." Sending Love and Blessings and Peace, Phillis Hamilton and Family

I thought of Marlene as my second "Mom" growing up on Geneva Rd. We kept in touch now and then over the years, in fact as recently as Easter week this year. I could not begin to count the hours I enjoyed in the basement and pool at the Nolls. To Denise, Dan, David, Dennis, Doug and Diana, my sincerest condolences. My hope is that with time your loving memories will balance with your current grief. She was everything that is good about our world and it will be less without her.

Marlene was like another grandma to my siblings and I and was very close to our family since the 80's when her husband coached my father. My heart hurts for her family and I will miss her dearly and all her little notes she would send to me since I moved to Memphis.

So sorry for your loss. I remember Marlene as a nice and friendly neighbor behind where I grew up.

Leo, Dan, and all family, So sorry for your loss. Marlene is a beautiful soul. We are praying for you all. Mark, Meg, and family.
