Marlene Tiernan

We were friends years ago, when our children were very little. Our husbands did research for Aerospace Research Laboratories at Wright Patterson AF Base. I was from a small town near Pittsburgh. We understood each other. Marlene helped me out with home decorating ideas. We enjoyed sharing meals. It is by accident that I found this information today. Marlene and I were friends when we both were students at Carnegie Mellon University. She asked me if I would like to attend the Homecoming dance at Pitt with her twin brother Don. Now 63 years later, Don and I remain happily married. May she rest in peace.

As my twin sister, Marlene and I grew up with competitive spirits and unending love for each other. Throughout our lives, we remained close and I shall miss her forever. However, I know that her suffering is over and she is now in the hands of our Almighty Father.
