I met Marlene the day we went to the News-Journal to have our pictures made as new members of the League way back in the middle 60’s. Having no children at the time I was fascinated that Marlene was the Mother of 4 boys. My husband Tom and I were in total admiration of the parenting abilities of Marlene and Jim.
