Almost every time I walk into Normans I am reminded of Marlene.

Met Marlene when our husbands were drafted and left for Ft. Knox on Halloween night 1966. Two crying strangers who became friends and shared many army wife adventures. She and Tony were a fun couple and trips to Kentucky to see the boys kept us sane. They are together again, rest in peace.

Kelly and Shannon we are very sorry for you and your families in the loss of your mom. I know that Marlene had been sick for a while and is now at peace but losing a mom is a difficult thing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you celebrate her life.

Kelly and Shannon, I am so sorry to hear about your mom's passing. I can't tell you how much I appreciated her being so welcoming anytime there was a gathering at your home (some of my best Portage Central memories). My thoughts are with you and the entire family.
