Marlene always gave: An Afgan, A Massage, Quiet reassurance, Many Smiles and Hugs. New to the program and old to the program Marlene would always put down her knittng needles and talk. She shared with us how she met Jim in San Francisco during the war at the USO and fell in Love. Thank you so much Marlene AND Jim for sharing your time with others.

We are so sorry to hear about the loss of your Mom! I don't think I've seen your Mom since I was a little girl, so probably 40-50 years - and when they came to our farm to pheasant hunt! I am a second cousin on the Wentzel (Bill & Melinda's youngest daughter) side. Our thoughts are with you all! She will be truly missed!

She would walk in the room and it would light up. She could be going through hard times herself, but you would never know as she was always there to listen, to love and support. She taught me about a loving and gracious God, which I will be eternally grateful for. She...

Helen and I remember Marlene as one of our most active and faithful members at Calvary Presbyterian Church. She and the whole Woods family provided some of the high points of my time as pastor in Minneapolis.

Brenda, Holly and Family:
So sorry to hear of your loss. I remember baking cookies with you and your mom at your house while we were in Girl Scouts. You are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
