Not sure what to say?

Very sad to hear the news of Marney´s passing. We were roommates @ Kingswood her senior yr & both played on the tennis team. I remembered we giggled lots (and studied plenty) in our adjoining dorm rooms! I will miss your big, warm & beautiful smile Marney & remain forever grateful @ how you welcomed me onto the campus and our tennis team Caroline

I am deeply sad to hear of Marney´s passing. I pray that she receives peace in Jesus´ arms forever. " I remember you, Marney, as a smiling, kind and spunky young lady in our days at NM. Thank you for being you! " (I am sorry that I was unaware of any serious illness that caused her passing.)

I was so sorry to read of Marney's passing. We were classmates and on the tennis team together at Kingswood. I remember Marney's wonderful energy and powerful tennis playing. And I see from the photo that she kept her big smile all these years. My condolences to the family.

I was deeply sorry to discover that Marney passed away. I remember Marney fondly, as she was always so nice and welcoming. She invited my sister and me to visit her at the home she was renovating in Pennsylvania, but time got away from us and we never did have that lunch date. Prayers for Marney and hopes that her memory is a blessing and a comfort to everyone who knew and loved her.

Condolences and blessings to the Dean and Smyles families. We moved from North Muskegon at the end of my 10th grade (and Marney´s 9th). Her family also regularly attended Saint Mary´s of the Woods Catholic Church. I always remember Marney as a wonderfully bright and consistently cheerful girl. Real sunshine and a pleasure to talk with. Godspeed.

I enjoyed being on the North Muskegon Tennis Team with Marney and watching her play. She had a great smile. My deepest condolences to the family.

Although I only knew Marney for one year, I can tell you she brought talent and determination to the North Muskegon Girls tennis team. I was sad to see her transfer to Cranbrook Schools, but she was pursuing bigger goals. RIP Marney!
