Marsha Pettit Gannon

I have a special place for all of the thoughtful notes that Marsha sent me over the years. As I look at them I realize what a loving and caring person she was. I am grateful for the son she generously shared with our family and the compassionate man that she raised him to be. I could not have wished for a better husband for our daughter. My husband, Marvin, joins me in expressing our deepest sympathy.

Marsha was my friend and gleeful conspirator in the ICF - an organisation, founded by me and enhanced by her. ICF? - The International Conspiracy of Fun!

Other friends are better qualified to address her many achievements but I delight in the memory of her zest for life and the inner strength made manifest in her capacity to rejoice in God's good light.

Her light still shines brightly, wherever her little ones are playing and whenever we are touched by her spirit.

Marsha is a brave and lovely spirit who became a source of inspiration to many women throughout the world. Her loving, generous nature and her boundless compassion, together with her sharp intelligence and wit, ensures her lasting legacy in our hearts.

Marsha was so excited about being a flower girl in our wedding. She adored Bill. Twalla May (my fun name for her) and I had a very special relationship and I will so miss her thoughtfulness and love.

Though I have never met her, I feel great sympathy with this wonderful family in their time of loss! I believe I can speak on behalf of the whole of the families friends when I say, we are praying and thinking for you constantly!
