Not sure what to say?

Marsha, I'm talking for all your old classmates from SUHS and the UofO that your kindness, positive outlook, and keen intellect will never be forgotten.
Also discovered you lived only a few blks from me all these years in Portland. Rest in peace my friend from another old friend..Ron Jungwirth, Portland Oregon

Marsha was a true inspiration to me. Her zest for life and her wry sense of humor combined with her compassion for nursing made her one of the dearest instructors at OHSU SON. I am a better nurse for being under her instruction. She will be missed by all, but her legacy for excellence in the nursing profession will be carried on by all those who knew her.

My sympathy to all of Marsha's family. It was my privilege to be a student in her classroom at OHSU. She was truly an inspiration.

Thank you Marsha.

So sad to hear of your loss! Please know that many hearts and thoughts are with you in this time of saddness. Kelly Goudreau Portland VA

Marsha, I will never forget you or the legacy you created. Too many memories to list....You taught me so much, and .I will deeply miss you.

Marsha- one of the most beautiful, intelligent, and graceful woman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. It was such an honor to know you, to learn from you, and to simply be in your presence. You never got to meet my mother while on this earth...and she passed away just over a month ago. The heavens now have two very special angels. All of my love to your family. --Halina Barber BSN, MSN, RN, PhD(c)

Julie, Marsha, Amber at OHSU school of nursing

Marsha was a friend and professor of mine for 6 months in 2009. I think I learned more from her in those six months than the other 3 years of nursing school. Her love and light and unwavering ability to stand up and do the right thing has helped me to be a bolder and more inquisitive nurse. She is greatly missed.
