Marshall was born on June 25, 1935 and passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2016. Marshall was a resident of Smithville, West Virginia at the time of his passing. He was married to Sharon. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Tuesday March 15 2016 at Raiguel Funeral Home Harrisville with Pastor Chester Osborne officiating. Burial will follow in the Lawford Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 4:30-8 PM.
