Mystery led me to find this in my computer feed...My condolences...and deepest sympathy go out to some of the best folks there are in this entirely unpredictable world...especially to Daniel Kent who I hope is doing well. Marshall "Buck" was a wonderful and interesting guy. He remembered and used to mention when I picked him up at the Greyhound station in Napa on a motorcycle after a business trip. He was pretty surprised but held onto his attache case while I delivered him to the Kent residence. This was before the helmet law.

While starting out my adult life, I was fortunate to take care oh his family´s house in Coombsville in the Summer of 1968 while he and his family traveled to Europe. He built the house i and my family lived in for 30 years on Atlas Peak. He was an amazing human being. I will miss seeing him at the Dunlap´s over the Xmas holidays.
