Langer was the best professonal tax writer - Practical ITP - was the work I followed to developed my own career which ended in a book Tax Havens of the World and over 1000 Bahamian IBCs in the 1990s. His teachings took me from NW of $10,000 to multimillioniare

I was Marshall’s publisher at Scope International for many years. He also appeared at our conferences.
His big moment was when a US senator held up a copy of his Tax Exile Report and said ‘ this book is all you need to pay no tax. ‘
This was shown on C -Span tv and sales took off !
I have tbe greatest respect for Marshall .
