Marshall passed away on Friday, March 23, 2018. Marshall was a resident of Minnesota at the time of passing. Celebration of Life 3pm Friday, March 30 at Anoka Legion - Edward B. Cutter Post 102 - 400 W. Main St., Anoka 55303 - with visitation one hour before. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
