Not sure what to say?

Dear Fernandez family - so sorry for your loss. I can´t write the words to pay full tribute to what a bright spot Dr Fernandez was in the classroom during my sophomore year at ETHS. Her enthusiasm, dedication, and energy was on such a high level and her class was always fun. I learned so much in her classroom that I was able to hit the ground running training new employees who only spoke Spanish, two years away from her class. I am in awe of the experience she crafted in the classroom 41...

Dear Fernandez Family: Dr. Fernandez was my Spanish teacher at ETHS from 1985-1987. She was delightful, always engaging and encouraging her students. Though my Spanish skills are rusty from lack of use, I do still have a Cuban accent thanks to Dr. Fernandez! May her memory be a blessing forever.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

I was so sorry to hear this news. Working with Marta at ETHS was a pleasure and a learning experience . I loved visiting her classes- she was a master teacher!!
