If memory serves me, I've known Marta since 7th grade at St. Patrick's school, through St. Pius High School and Maple Woods Community college. She was a good friend, always cheerful and was committed to her family. We will all miss her. I'm grateful I was able to share several hours with her last October when I was in town and she was still able to get around. I'm sure she's smiling down on all of us now.

My family and I had the wonderful opportunity of growing up right next door to Marta and her wonderful family. Marta was always such a beautiful little girl inside and out and grew up to be a beautiful and kind woman.
