Not sure what to say?

Martha, Jenny, Susie, Sally, I was a friend of Charlie's in Easton, and spent time at your house. I came to know what a special person your mother was. Her death was a big loss, but what amazing memories we all have. Dave Gordon

Martha swims on eternally, elbows up, pointing forward... When I'm able to formulate questions & be kind I know my AM is nearby in spirit. -GJ

Martha swims on! Elbows up & point forward. Miss YOU lots, Thank YOU, GJ

Mrs. Barnett was my coach at the Easton YMCA in the late '60's (in the 20 yard pool in the basement!) She had a neighborhood get together, it was so nice because there were neighbors that we had never met before. Once Martha had a dinner party...

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

Dear Jean & Barnett Family,

I spent a lot of time at your home and always felt welcomed by your whole family. I remember your Mom as being a very compassionate and caring woman, always ready to lend an ear. We had some fun times with many sleepovers, taffy pulls and more. I remember her even hosting a bridal shower for me . A very special woman...

I've been blessed in my life to have been part of Martha's extended family through my marriage to Gloria Jean. I remember well the bus ride I took from my home in Virginia to meet Charles & Martha for the first time. It was during Christmas break at school and Gloria Jean was staying with them. They warmly welcomed me into their home and soon into their heart as Jean & I married. Like the many great times I had with my own maternal grandparents, I experience that same joy to be part of the...

Martha was an inspiration to all who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be fondly remembered by so many.
