To my best friend, Jeff, and to Gary, my deepest sympathies over the loss of your dear mother. I have only the fondest of memories of Mrs. Barnett dating back to the 1980's when I first visited Jeff in Dallas. I met Jeff in Washington DC in 1982 and we have been good friends since then.
