From Sherwood Quady´s daughter, Maura (Quady) Pittenger (who was in a River paddling competition): "When I saw them in July, they were having fun driving around in her new Kia, I think it was. They came out to Stevenson, WA, just to have lunch with me - about an hour drive. She was so fun to talk to and they indeed looked so happy together. My heart goes out to Marc. Terrible."

I remember visiting Marc and Martha in South Laguna Beach, a brief visit while my wife was having surgery in Orange County. They were so much fun to talk to and to listen to. I didn´t wanna leave. I was having so much fun with interacting with both of them. What a wonderful couple. Sherwood Quady
