Not sure what to say?

George, I am so sorry to hear this sad news. Martha was a lovely and brave lady. A beautiful person, inside and out. I always enjoyed talking with her whenever we saw her in Charlottesville. I am holding you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. Nancy Hammerstrom Bishop

Richard and I were so sorry to hear of Martha's passing. We extend our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Richard and Mary Beth McCallum

George, George, Jenny & Ashley, Today's service was such a testimony to how loved Martha was by so many. It was a beautiful service. We laughed and cried. I am so sorry for your loss and the pain and suffering Martha endured over the last 20 months. I pray that God will shower you with his love and comfort knowing you will see her again in the Kingdom of Heaven. Our most heartfelt condolences.

Dr. Craddock, I send you hugs and well wishes during this difficult time. You are a wonderful human being and doctor...Ms. Martha was equally wonderful. May you find peace and comfort in the warm memories of your life together. Love Always, Your UVA Family Nakisha "Nikki" Smith 4 Central & Endoscopy

Dear George, Please accept our deepest sympathy for the loss of your lovely Martha. We hold you and your family in kind thoughts and prayers in this difficult time. May your wonderful memories sustain you.

I loved how Martha / Mrs. C always lit up a room with a perfectly-timed, witty joke and made anyone, whether a new or an old friend, feel instantly at ease with her warmth and grace. I have always felt at home with all of the Craddocks as each of you emanate her warmth, and your home has always felt like a home away from home, particularly needed during my years at UVA. We will miss her so much but look forward to her living on in each of you. Much love, Cristina & Lincoln

George, young George, Jenny and Ashley, We are so sad to hear about Martha. Her smile was a 100-watt charm that we won´t forget. We will remember and miss the ever present twinkle in Martha´s eye. Rest in peace Martha.

George and family, I send my love and sympathy to you as you grieve the loss of Martha. Her beautiful smile will be missed, especially at the river.

My sweet memories of Martha as she lived behind me in Aiken,S.C. When we were young children - we were always into mischief- her mother and mine always "mind your manners" She married a Lynchburg guy and we re-connected but not enough Rest in peace dear Martha Marjorie Mills Grabeel
