Martha DePodesta 4/7/1942 - 4/19/2024 Loving, caring, generous, kindhearted, dependable, and dedicated are just a few words that come to mind when reminiscing about my mother. Attending a Jesuit University, not a day went by without hearing about the "Jesuit Ideal" which translates into putting others before oneself, seeing the good in all things, and dedicating your life to the service of others. My sincere condolences to Martha's family and friends. I knew Martha from the library as always cheerful, positive and upbeat with a wonderful smile and twinkle in her eyes. May Martha rest in peace.

Martha & I worked together at the West Haven Library. We began a wonderful friendship. I will never forget her. She was an amazing woman. Rest in peace Martha.
