Mr. Ermlich, Jane, Ken, and Christi,

Mrs. Ermlich was one-in-a-million. We have lost one of the kindest, gentlest and sweetest people I have ever had the privilege to know. I am feeling your pain and sorrow at this difficult time and you have my sincere sympathy. I am so sorry for your loss.
