I am one of the lucky ones, because I was blessed to have met Mrs. Gambrell. Her smile and sweetness warmed my heart every time I visited with her. The love between her and her husband Charlie was one to be admired. Their love was what one imagines when they think of what true love is. I was inspired every time I witnessed their love for each other. I remember how Mrs. Gambrell's face would just light up to the sight of "her Charlie".
