Marty, Thank you for what you've done for the people and communities around you. I truly wish I had had more opportunities to hear about your adventures around the world. Your goodness and passion for justice will continue to inspire me.

My dear cousin and oldest of our generation of Hacketts, you made the world a far better place. love and peace Dee

inspiration and accomplishments Marty had

I had the honor of meeting Marty when she was honored with the Marty Hacket Heart of Midwifery Award... A truly amazing woman with a lifetime of dedication and compassion.
