Martha's family 'adopted' ours when we moved to Montgomery WV in the early 1940s. Her entire family was wonderful, and Martha was so special. I was flower girl in her wedding back when I was only three years old, and my mom has stayed in touch with her and Bill over the many decades since. I will miss knowing that she is living somewhere in my world, but I know she's in a good place with her parents and brothers and will greet Bill with open arms when he eventually arrives.
