I am sorry to hear about the death of your mother. I stopped by to visit with her a few years ago, and, she recognized me before she got to the front door, which brought out her usual cheerful greeting that I remember from growing up when coming over to play as kids at your house. I will always remember the good times with Irene and my great aunts, Hallie and Jack Smith. They had a knitting club and I looked forward to visiting with them at their gatherings. Irene was a very special lady. I know each of you have wonderful memories of her.

I remember Mrs Riley as one of our Grade Mothers at New Holland School. She was always there on every occasion that we had at the school. She always brought the best of refreshments and goodies.
