Not sure what to say?

Miss you so much Martie. I miss you walking over to my house in disguise.

I am a sorority sister of Marty's at Valparaiso University. I am 6 feet tall and Marty was maybe 5 feet tall. She had a miniature "bus" in 1964-65 that I drove to ferry her to the airport. I would never have passed the class, Western Civilization, without her tutoring. So sorry to just read in the Valpo magazine that she has passed away. I knew her passion would lead her to a stellar career and a loving relationship.

I am very sorry to hear about this. Martie was a good friend and lovely human being. I am grateful she was on this planet.

Martie was a soft gentle lady. She loved quilting and belonged to the Bay Heritage Quilt Guild. You will be missed Martie. May you Rest In Peace. Kathy Bigelow

Martie and I worked together for many years. We shared a birthday and she was a good friend with a great sense of humor. She will be missed. Rest easy now, Martie, with all of your family who have gone before you.

Martie and I were neighbors for many years and then became friends. I loved spending time with her. She had a terrific sense of humor and we'd spend afternoons drinking tea and visiting. She was such a brave soldier fighting her battle with cancer. I shall never forget you dear friend.
