MONETTE, MARTHA M.; of Oxford; Born April 29, 1915 to Homer and Mary Dupuis & raised in Lake Linden, MI; passed away January 9, 2006 after a long illness; Age 90; Mother of Sandra (Michael) Day, Roger (Doris) Monette and Gloria (Ron) Hessler; Grandmother of Heather (Curt) Murray, Conrad Hessler, Miranda (Paul) Korpas, Christopher (Jenny) Monette; Great Grandmother of Courtney & Claire Murray and Hannah Korpas; also survived by her daughter in law Kathy Monette and several nieces and nephews; preceded in death by her husband Chris in 1975.
Martha graduated from St. Anne's Academy and Lake Linden High School. She enjoyed cooking, sewing and embroidery; her greatest love was her family.
Funeral mass Friday 10am at St. Daniel Catholic Church, Clarkston. Rite of Committal Oxford Township Cemetery. Prayer service Thursday 4:30 pm at the Lewis E. Wint & Son TRUST 100 Funeral Home, Clarkston where friends may visit Thursday 3-5 & 7-9pm.
