Not sure what to say?

Martha lived around the block from me and would always stop to say hello when she saw me while out on her walk. I just learned of her passing this morning and am so saddened. My heart goes out to her family for their loss. It seems like just yesterday that she was over my house for a neighborhood potluck. I will really miss her, she was a beautiful person, always interested in what you were doing and interesting herself. She appreciated the flowers I planted on the median strip and last...

It is so very sad when you hear of a person leaving us in his or her youth. While there are no words to take away the pain, please know others are thinking of you and your families and are offering our prayers and condolences.

I will forever aspire to be more like Martha - always kind, thoughtful, patient. She was taken from us all too soon and will leave a gap that will be hard to fill. It will be hard to pick up my racquet without thinking of her and wishing she could be on the other side of the net.

Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Martha Jane was not only a cousin; she was one of the kindest, warmest people I have ever known.

I can think of no child that ever met her that didn’t love her, she always made sure to include even the shyest and smallest ones, there were no “bench warmers” if Martha Jane was around.

Her patience (and resolution) are evident in…, well Me, the fact she, is one of the people that taught me to ride a bike and took the time to sit on the stairs of the Big House to teach me to...

The world will not the be same without Martha - the most kind-hearted, easy-going soul; great tennis partner and friend. I will never forget all the things she did for me (without even being asked) and how she rarely asked anything of me. So unselfish. May you somehow find joy in remembrances of her and cherish those memories.

We are very sorry about the loss of your sister and aunt.
