Read MoreMrs Swan was my neighbor in lakeview on old lake shore dr. She was wonderful we use to exercise together on a small trampoline. She made us ornaments at Christmas time. Dear Aunt Jane, I know that you were ill for a long time and now you are pain free and in a better place. I also know you are joining that Swan Reunion in the heavens. You are finally with Uncle Carl, Uncle Bob, Dickie and I know that you are sharing stories with my mother, Joanie and my Dad. I will always be a "Swan".
