Not sure what to say?

We knew Martha during 1981-1983 specifically. I was working for Dumas Wesley through a 2 year mission Program. I had the pleasure of staying in her home for a few weeks before finding a longer term residence. Arthur and Martha were extremely gracious, interesting and kind hosts. I will always remember them as a significant part to being introduced to Southern Living. I am from Indiana. Her smile still radiates in my memory and her very gracious kind spirit! Her impact on my life lasted a...

I am Carolyn, the first great grandchild to Martha, who I call Grandmama. My Grandmama was lovely. When I imagine her, it´s a specific feeling. Suddenly she was no longer...

Bud Tissington was my Davidson High School classmate. Years later, I met his lovely mother, Martha Tissington, and soon realized that Bud inherited many of his qualities from her. I believe Martha Tissington and I served on the YWCA Board of Directors together. She was the epitome of beauty, wisdom and care, and contributed so much to the Mobile area through her tireless community service. May she rest in peace.
