Not sure what to say?

Ms. Van diver was such a special teacher at Lee. I was able to spend a lot of time with her through yearbook and class officers. She gave us great advice that was very useful later in life.

Thinking of you all. She was the epitome of a beautiful southern lady!!

My deepest sympathy to the Vandiver family. I was privileged to have her as a teacher at Lee High School and to also be a neighbor on Francis Street for a short time. May God give you comfort and strength in the coming days.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Mrs. Vandiver's passing. She was a great influence and was very influential to me personally. As a class officer and yearbook editor I spent a great deal of time with her at Lee High School. She was like a mom to me and many others. She was generous, kind, and tough when she needed to be. She also was a big reason I chose to attend Auburn University. I'll always be thankful for such great memories. On behalf of myself and the LHS Class of 79, I would like to...

Sending my sincerest sympathy to the Vandiver family. I was a student at Lee in the class of 1980 and she was our Class officer advisor. We had so much fun with Mrs. Vandiver planning activities for our class and of course Prom was a highlight. She was so sweet too and even let me borrow her daughters gorgeous Benet dress for my Senior prom. That´s just who she was to her students. She helped me create so many wonderful high school memories. Thank you Mrs. V. She will always hold a place...

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories as you celebrate a life well lived. Martha was a good friend and we hold fond memories of our times together, especially our home cooked meals and fun parties watching Auburn football games.

Sending loving thoughts and prayers.
