I met Martha at Crossroads Intl Student Center at the University of Chicago in 1973 while I was working there right after I returned from Senegal in the Peace Corps. We came friends. I am now going through my journals and came across Martha's letters to me - and immediately wanted t look her up - and to realize she has left this world (only physically) last year - so sad. What a life of literary excellence and such positive impact. I will look up her poetry. Can anyone send me an address...
